この度、本陣平野屋花兆庵における取消料の規定について、以下の通り変更させて頂きます。
本日（2025年6月1日）の新規ご予約分より以下の通り変更致します。

当日、不泊100％、前日80％、2-7日前30％
本日（6/1）、頂戴致しましたご予約から、対象になります。
何卒、ご理解を賜ります様お願い申し上げます。
（※本陣平野屋別館の取消料規定は、変更ありません。）

近年、国内外問わず、連絡が取れない予約（当日不泊）や、予約忘れの当日取消が増えております。
更には、同様に、国内外問わず、ご利用日当日や間近に、ご予約取消や変更なども増えております。
※キャンセル期日内の日程変更も、通常は取消規定の対象となります。

この様な取消や変更は、満室の為に本陣平野屋の予約をお断りさせて頂きました他のお客様にご迷惑がかかる他、当館につきましても大きな損失となってしまうのが正直なところです。
その為、大変心苦しいのですが、お客様都合による取消期日内の取消・変更につきましては、今後も、通常通り、取消料をご請求させて頂きます事、何卒、ご理解を賜ります様お願い申し上げます。

尚、取消・変更のご連絡は、予約受付時間内（午前9時00分～午後8時00分）でお願い致します。
※20時00分以降のご連絡は、翌日扱いとなりますのでご注意下さいませ。
※旅行会社の窓口、ネットを通じての予約は、当館で直接、取消・変更の操作を承る事が出来ません。
予め、ご理解を賜ります様お願い申し上げます。

In recent years, both domestically and internationally, we have seen an increase in reservations where we are unable to contact the guest (no-shows on the day) and cancellations on the day of the reservation due to forgetting.

Similarly, both domestically and internationally, we have also seen an increase in cancellations and changes to reservations made on the day of or close to the date of use.

※Changes to dates made within the cancellation deadline are usually subject to cancellation regulations.

To be honest, such cancellations and changes not only cause inconvenience to other guests who have been denied reservations at Honjin Hiranoya due to full occupancy, but also result in a large loss for our hotel.

For this reason, we are very sorry, but we ask for your understanding that we will continue to charge cancellation fees as usual for cancellations and changes made within the cancellation deadline due to customer convenience.

Please note that cancellations and changes must be made during reservation reception hours (9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

※Please note that any contact made after 8:00 p.m. will be treated as the next day.
※We are unable to directly cancel or change reservations made through a travel agency or online.
